According to the police, officers discovered about seven hundred and thirteen slabs of substances suspected to be narcotic drugs during the inspection. According to the statement, the suspect, Atampugri Akanyani, allegedly attempted to bribe the officers with an amount of GH¢150,000. The sacks were opened, revealing a total of seven hundred and thirteen compressed slabs of dried leaves suspected to be narcotic drugs. “During the arrest, the suspect allegedly attempted to bribe the officers with an amount of GH¢150,000.00, which was declined,” the statement added.
