Map of Thakurgaon district Dhaka TribuneBGB says they are investigating if the BSF is responsibleBorder Guard Bangladesh (BGB) on Tuesday recovered the body of a Bangladeshi cattle trader from the Nagar River along the Indian border at Nagarvita in Baliadangi upazila of Thakurgaon. The deceased was identified as Ramzan Ali, 30, son of Bhatu Mohammad of Kashidanga village in Kashipur union of Ranishankail upazila. Locals found Ramzan’s body on the Bangladesh’s side of the border near the 375 S pillar area of the North Dinajpur Tingaon camp and informed BGB, Thakurgaon 50 BGB Commander Lt Colonel Md Shahidul Islam told Dhaka Tribune. On Tuesday morning, locals found his body on the banks of the river and informed BGB, who recovered the body and handed it over to police. The body was sent to Thakurgaon Adhunik Sadar Hospital for autopsy.
