THE Mandaluyong City Police has identified and is hunting down the man involved in the hit-and-run incident that severely injured a security guard on Sunday. Mandaluyong City Police Chief Col. Gauvin Yamashita Unos identified the victim as Christian Floralde. A video that went viral showed Floralde stopping the vehicle but the driver rammed him and rolled over his body. This is a step in the LTO administrative proceeding to determine whether or not the suspect driver is still fit to be issued a Philippine driver's license. We are also coordinating and assisting the Mandaluyong PNP in their task in the filing of a criminal case," LTO National Capital Region Chief Clarence Guinto said.
