A man was on Tuesday night murdered while four others were injured during a robbery with violence incident at a private firm in Machakos County. The matter according to a police report seen by the Star was reported to Machakos police station as a robbery with violence incident. “It was reported by an electrical maintenance technician at the said fruits processing factory located at Kathome area that there was a robbery incident which had occurred within the premises. The scene was visited by the sub-county commander Machakos, DCI team led by Sub County Criminal Investigations Officer Machakos,” the report read in part. The injured were taken to Machakos Level 5 hospital for treatment while the body was moved to Machakos Funeral Home waiting for an autopsy.
