TUI launched a new online refund form in May to make things easier for customers to get their money back after apologising for their holiday refund fiasco. On last night's Martin Lewis Show on ITV, the financial guru reported that said he had spoken to TUI about their phone lines. The UK’s biggest tour operator has now cancelled all trips up to and including July 10. It had previously planned to restart travel on July 1. Ahead of restarting, the tour operator has announced safety measures for its hotels, airline and cruises.
