Key governance reforms under the programme include proposals to reduce the size of government, enforce stricter borrowing limits and establish an Independent Value for Money Office to strengthen accountability and combat corruption. The agenda also outlines plans for a forensic audit into the collapse of indigenous banks as part of broader financial sector reforms. Speaking on Ahotor FM on Saturday, February 14, Koomson noted that "The Resetting Agenda extends beyond economic reforms to address issues of mindset, discipline and patriotism."
