Information and Broadcasting Minister Zahir Uddin Swapon today spoke as the chief guest the inaugural ceremony of six short-term courses at the Bangladesh Cinema and Television Institute. “Establishing ethical control over these powerful platforms has become one of the major challenges of our time,” he said while addressing as the chief guest the inaugural ceremony of six short-term courses at the Bangladesh Cinema and Television Institute.
