At present, the legal process of Mehul Choksi's extradition to India is going on. Prime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda Gaston Browne had recently said that Mehul Choksi could be sent back to India from Dominica where he was found. Choksi, who had gone missing from Antigua, was taken into custody by authorities of Dominica where he was captured trying to flee.
