Former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg apologized for his support of a controversial policing strategy as he considers a bid for the Democratic presidential nomination. “I can’t change history. However, today I want you to know that I realize back then I was wrong, and I am sorry,” Mr. Bloomberg said in remarks at the Christian Cultural Center, a black church in Brooklyn.
