Ministry response incident controller David Yard said the testing programme would provide information to help the ministry decide its options. The 2018 edition of the Southland A&P show will see the association celebrate its 150th anniversary in the province. The Winton A&P Association was preparing for its show on January 20th, and made the decision to remove the cows in December last year. Allison said he was also a member of the Otago Taieri A&P association, and they have also removed cows from their 2018 show.
