KUALA LUMPUR (March 31): Mlabs Systems Bhd (KL:MLAB) said on Tuesday that it remains unable to issue its annual report for the financial period ended Sept 30, 2025, as its external auditors have yet to finalise the audited financial statements. Mlabs now expects to issue the report within the next four months. Trading in its securities has been suspended since Feb 10 pending submission of the overdue report. Trading in Mlabs shares has been suspended since Feb 10 pending the submission of the annual report, which includes audited financials and directors’ and auditors’ reports. For the 15-month period ended Sept 30, 2025, it posted a net loss of RM25.33 million on revenue of RM21.9 million.
