I wrote earlier on the Houston Rockets' decision to send guard Danuel House down to the G-League after both sides were unable to agree to terms upon an NBA contract. The same phenomenon occurred early in the season when, before House, various replacements could not fill the departed Trevor Ariza's shoes. House won't get the open looks that he has and would get here, playing next to Harden and guard Chris Paul. But will anyone available on the buyout market have a more significant impact than House? The Rockets could always test the buyout market and then bring back House.
