A mother has revealed the horrific moment her two-year-old son suffered horror burns to his shoulder and chest after pouring a mug of hot tea over himself in a freak accident. Startled William then pulled the cup towards himself, spilling hot tea over his upper body. The couple then moved William to the shower and Claire held him under the water while Edward called the ambulance.
