Fiberglass statues of renowned people – domestic and international, fictional and real – make up what Mrinal calls his “Celebrity Gallery” which could perchance rival Madame Tussaud’s. The standout is Kazi Nazrul Islam, with glaring eyes and a prison-themed diorama that sets the tone for the rebel poet. But, the effort and credit, all go to Mrinal Haque, who funded this endeavour out of his own pockets.
