MUNCIE, Ind. – Comic books, art prints, original art and all things Comic Con will be at the Delaware County Fairgrounds Saturday for a second year. Doors to the Heartland Building will open at 10 a.m. and close at 5 p.m. Tickets are $10 and children under 10 are free. VIP tickets are $15, which allows early entrance at 9:30 a.m., and also includes a free exclusive Muncie Comic Con print by award winning cartoonist, Art Baltazar. The cosplay contest parade will take place at 3:30 p.m.“I didn’t know what to expect with a comic con here in Muncie last year but it was surprisingly full of fun," said Cindy Britton, a Muncie comic book enthusiast, said in a release.
