Last week, Mutua held several meetings with county leaders to create awareness about the Maendeleo Chap Chap Movement. County press secretary Mutinda Mwanzia said the women agreed to be Maendeleo Chap Chap ambassadors at the grassroots. Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua is leaving nothing to chance as he solidifies his support base ahead of the 2017 poll. Ndeti recently met women MP aspirants. He said the groups urged Mutua to ignore criticism from “non-progressive leaders” and tour the region to promote his agenda.
