When I first learned that I was to attend a summer camp in Spain as part of a foreign-exchange program, I couldn’t believe my luck. While others have found themselves, their inner strengths, their confidence, at more traditional summer camps, in canoeing, hiking, and nature, I found myself at a summer camp in a bustling city. Summer camp in Spain had changed my image, the one in the mirror and the one in my mind.
