NBR publishers Fourth Estate Holdings Ltd and Todd Scott defamed former National Minister Steven Joyce, a High Court judge has ruled. Justice Pheroze Jagose released his decision on Tuesday, finding both Fourth Estate and Scott were liable to Joyce in defamation.
