He also accused the Majority Leader, Mahama Ayariga, of using procedural tactics to stall the bill. “As we speak, the government has refused, neglected and deliberately denied the people of Ghana the very anti-LGBTQ+ law they promised,” he stressed. The Minority Leader went further, alleging that the government attempted to introduce sexual rights concepts into school curricula. On the economy, he dismissed claims of prudent management, attributing recent improvements to external factors rather than government competence.
