As Kisii Governor Simba Arati took the stage to give his remarks at the interdenominational Thanksgiving service attended by President William Ruto, he couldn't help but feel nervous about the protocol. However, instead of letting the hiccup get to him, Arati decided to inject some humor into the situation.
