Labour have accused the Tories of "taking the batteries out of the smoke alarm" after it emerged the app could be "tuned" for the double-jabbed. And Transport Secretary Grant Shapps today suggested the changes could happen as early as July 19, when most rules - but not self-isolation for Covid contacts - are axed.
