DP Gachagua joins President Ruto in coast tourDeputy President Rigathi Gachagua has joined President William Ruto on a development tour of the Coast region after a week-long trip abroad. Gachagua jetted into the country on Tuesday evening after his official tour of Europe where he met investors and Kenyans in the Diaspora. This morning, he joined President Ruto at State House Mombasa before accompanying him to Kwale County to commission the Electricity Mini Grid in Lunga Lunga. This is President Ruto’s second day of a 5-day visit to the Coast region. DP Rigathi is set to meet the visiting royals today as the coast mission coincides with the King’s visit to Mombasa, where President William Ruto is expected to accompany the Crown on a tour of the Mtongwe Naval Base.
