Health and Family Welfare Minister Sardar Md Sakhawat Husain spoke at an event organised to inaugurate the measles-rubella vaccination programme at Nawabganj Upazila Health Complex in Dhaka. The health minister said the special vaccination programme will begin across the country on May 3 next to address measles outbreak in the country. In addition, he said, a special vaccination programme will start in Dhaka north and south city corporations, and Mymensingh and Barishal districts on April 12 next. Sakhawat Husain inaugurated the vaccination programme at Nawabganj Upazila Health Complex.
