Neil Lennon has accused Mark Warburton, the Nottingham Forest manager, of trying to unsettle John McGinn. Hibernian have rejected a £750,000 bid from Forest for the midfielder, and Lennon said that, if Warburton were to come back with another offer, it would have to be several times more. “It [the bid] is laughable,” said Lennon. If other clubs come in, we’ve got a valuation of the player. “If it’s met, it will be the club’s decision.
