The team behind a new film screening at the Victoria Film Festival is hoping to reduce the stigma around the ideas of psychosis and psychotic breaks. Webster is studying Mental Health and Addiction at Camosun College, and Thomas is pursuing a Masters in Global Mental Health at the University of Edinburgh. "[The film] doesn't sugar-coat what it is like to live with mental illness. I think Cam's story really shows us it takes a whole community when we're talking about dealing with mental health. The Victoria Film Festival, which is entirely online due to the COVID-19 pandemic, runs Feb. 5 to 14.
