Cleveland Police has confirmed that they were called to reports of a stabbing around 8.25pm on Norton High Street, near Boots chemist. One person to Darlington Memorial Hospital by the North East Ambulance Service after being alerted to an incident last night (Saturday, February 3). They said: "We were called to an incident on Norton High Street at 8.40 last night. A spokesperson for Cleveland Police said: "Police were called to a report of a stabbing around 8:25 pm on Norton High Street, near Boots chemist. "A 20-year-old man suffered minor wounds to his back and chest and was taken to Darlington Memorial Hospital for treatment.
