But let us assume that we are recycling things that make sense to recycle. The problem is that recycling is economics work the opposite way from the more normal world. But it is also true that at the recycling plant, one phone is worth near nothing. But there is some number that is enough to get people making money by collecting and delivering to the recycling plant. The economic problem with recycling is how do we go about collecting what it is that we want to recycle.
