First off, the "untitled" release dates are August 3, 2018 (untitled Disney fairy tale), August 9, 2019 (untitled Disney live-action), April 3, 2020 (untitled Disney live-action), August 7, 2020 (untitled Marvel), March 12, 2021 (untitled Disney live-action), June 18, 2021 (untitled Pixar) and November 24, 2021 (untitled Disney animation). And of course, the one you've been waiting for, Star Wars: Episode IX (or whatever they end up calling it) will open, not in December of 2019 but over Memorial Day 2019. Considering the good luck they've had with December Star Wars releases, I'm frankly a little shocked that they are doing this, especially as Avengers: Maybe Titled Infinity Gauntlet But Who Knows? But I guess they'd rather have Star Wars and Avengers cannibalize each other as opposed to Star Wars and Frozen 2 (both female-fronted fantasy franchises with big merchandising bucks) hurt each other. But 2019 specifically is going to be a monster year, with 11 movies from the Mouse House including Star Wars 9, Avengers 4, Frozen 2, Toy Story 4 and The Lion King.
