While that is mighty impressive, a comprehensive test carried out by Tom's Guide has proved that the OnePlus 5T actually charges faster than most other high-end flagships, including the iPhone X, Google Pixel 2 and Samsung Galaxy S8. While the iPhone 8/8 Plus and iPhone X support fast charging, Apple does not bundle a fast charger out of the box. A total of 7 smartphones were tested - OnePlus 5T, LG V30, iPhone X, iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus, Google Pixel 2 and Samsung Galaxy Note 8.
