THE Board of Trustee (BOT) chairman of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Senator Walid Jibrin has said that the party was now equipped more than ever to ensure total defeat of All Progressives Congress (APC) led- government in the 2019 polls. Speaking to newsmen in Keffi during the Nasarawa PDP delegates primary election, senator Jibrin said PDP would not allow the mistake of past repeat itself, calling on voters to use their permanent voters cards wisely to vote APC out of power. According to BOT chairman, “we must not allow APC remain in power beyond 2019”He regreted the chances given to APC in the past and apologised to Nigerians for allowing them to suffer impunity from APC government. Headed, with their assurances, he was confident that PDP was going to reclaim power from APC in the state. He therefore attributed the peaceful conduct of the primary election to the maturity and orderly conduct of delegates, aspirants and their supporters and prayed them to sustain the tempo.
