New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday surprised CBSE students and their parents after he joined a session that was being conducted by the Education Ministry. The ministry was holding a virtual meeting with the students of CBSE when PM Modi joined it and interacted with the students and their parents. During the interaction, a student said, "Sir (PM Modi), you have said that exams should be celebrated as a festival. PM Modi, while interacting with the students also asked them to research and write an essay on India`s 75 years of Independence. The government said that CBSE will take steps to compile the results of class XII students as per well-defined objective criteria in a time-bound manner.
