Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has asked the authorities concerned to give special attention on the private medical colleges to make it sure that they are following the standard of the medical education properly. “Private sector is coming forward, they are establishing medical colleges, but I will ask to give more attention on these to make confirm that they are maintaining standard of the education and whether they have the medical curriculum properly, we have to give special attention on this side,” she said. She made the statement while inaugurating two-day Criticon Bangladesh 2018, 3rd International Conference on Critical Care Medicine and 1st National Conference on Critical Care Nursing at Krishibid Institution in Dhaka on Sunday. Bangladesh Society of Critical Care Medicine (BSCCM) and Critical Care Nursing Society jointly organized the program.
