Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly toured the industrial products exhibition at the Benha Investment Zone in Qalyubiya governorate on Saturday. The zone, which began operations in September 2021, includes 147 industrial units and several commercial and service units. The investment zone also provides essential services such as a medical point, fire station, bank branch, mosque, and complete infrastructure, including water, sewage, electricity, and communication networks. Madbouly toured several company booths, including those producing food alternatives, frozen vegetables, meat, poultry, and other food products. The visit underscored the significant role Benha investment zone has played in Egypt’s economic development, with the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones requesting additional land to expand the zone’s industrial projects in response to growing investor interest.
