PROUD asserts its dominance in luxury wellness real estate. showcasing a historic record-breaking performance for fiscal year 2025, benefiting from ownership transfers of three major projects: Nue District R9, VEHHA Hua Hin and VI ARI, driving net profit to 168 million baht. Notably, in Q4/2025 alone, the company generated revenue of 1,394 million baht, an increase from 253 million baht in the same period last year, representing growth of 451%, and net profit of 22 million baht, up 164% year-on-year. This outstanding performance was driven by continuous recognition of ownership transfers from three key projects: Nue District R9, which recorded the highest revenue of 4,706 million baht; VEHHA Hua Hin at 1,267 million baht; and VI ARI at 294 million baht. Backlog (sales awaiting revenue recognition) stood at 6,131 million baht as of December 2025 and will be recognised progressively through to 2027.
