KUALA lUMPUR (Jan 27): Pasukhas Group Bhd’s subsidiary lost an arbitration with Townscapes Builder Sdn Bhd, extending to more than RM3.28 million, following an unsuccessful mediation, the group said today. The claim is in relation to development projects for two 14-storey apartments in Ipoh and a medical tourism and wellness centre in Penang, which Pasukhas Group’s wholly-owned unit Pasukhas Sdn Bhd awarded to Townscapes. Pasukhas Group’s share price closed unchanged at 15.5 sen today, for a market capitalisation of RM62.9 million.
