GEORGE TOWN: Police will make security arrangements inside the court during the corruption trial of Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng which begins on Monday at the Penang High Court. “We will only be providing security inside the court,” he said. He was commenting on a WhatsApp message that security would be tightened inside and outside the court especially the High Court building during the trial. Penang Island City councillor Muhammad Bakhtiar Wan Chik said the council would not close the road around the High Court building. He said the canopy would be put up only on Monday and not during the entire duration of the trial.
