Among the measures are nine initial legislative packages covering economic reform, anti-corruption measures, decentralisation, energy pricing, quality of life, environmental protection, education reform, civil liberties and political reform. The party also pledged to pursue education reforms, including a law aimed at improving learning quality and reducing administrative burdens on teachers while strengthening school safety.
