TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The State-owned Enterprises (SMEs) Ministry has once again restructured Pertamina’s board of directors following today’s general meeting of shareholders (RUPS) on Friday, June 12. According to Tempo’s source, not only were the board of directors restructured but they were also downsized from eleven members to only six. Meanwhile, the new board member is the director of strategy Iman Rachman. Tempo attempted to confirm the result of the shareholders meeting to Pertamina’s VP Corporate Communication Fajriyah Usman. Unfortunately, no reply was sent back to us and only noted through his Whatsapp status that reads; “the RUPS release is being prepared.”CAESAR AKBAR
