FIREFIGHTERS were credited with carrying out the purrfect rescue of a cat stuck in a patio table at a Lymington home. Seventeen-year-old moggy Holly needed help after her claws became trapped in the table at the property on Paddock Gardens, causing her pain. Family pet Holly got her claws trapped in the table (picture: HIWFRS)Responding to a call-out shortly after 7pm last Thursday, a local crew carefully cut the table with a saw to free the pet. A Hampshire & Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said afterwards: “Feline fine again and with nine lives intact, Holly was handed back to her owners before the team from Lymington conducted a home fire safety visit.”
