He said improving the quality of life must begin by fixing structural economic problems, particularly accumulated household and agricultural debt. Mr Yodchanan said Pheu Thai plans to mobilise funding through economic stimulation programmes designed to create new millionaires, with revenues redirected towards welfare provision, clean water supply and long-term financial stability. Mr Yodchanan also linked debt relief to broader structural reform, including a long-prepared national water management plan to address flooding and drought.
