Phinma Education full-year income up 30% – The Manila Times

Phinma Education Holdings Inc.’s consolidated net income for full-year 2019-2020 climbed by 30 percent to P532 million from P410 million a year earlier. In a disclosure on Tuesday, the education unit of Phinma Corp. reported that combined earnings of its seven schools reached P800 million while revenues hit P2.9 billion. The company attributed the double-digit increase to the improved 24-percent freshman enrollment rate and 7-percent increase in its total enrollment rate, bringing the total number of students to 75,375. “These numbers reflect the commitment in the work that we are doing and the trust that we have earned from our growing number of students and their parents,” said Dr. Chito Salazar, Phinma Education president and chief executive officer.
