Outline planning permission was granted in 2023 for 85 homes on land off Station Road in the North Lincolnshire village. The first phase will concentrate on the housing planned nearest Station Road and work began in December. A biodiversity management plan not only includes plans for water vole surveying and the likes of hedgehog highways and swift bricks. The original planning permission had an S106 agreement tied to it.
