Planning application sets out detail of Ulceby development that could take a decade to buildA biodiversity management plan includes hedgehog highways and swift bricksView Image Land off Station Road, Ulceby, where a major housing development is planned, pictured in June 2025 (Image: Google Streetview)A further planning application has been made to North Lincolnshire Council for part of a significant housing development in Ulceby, which could overall take up to 10 years to be built. ‌Outline planning permission was granted in 2023 for 85 homes on land off Station Road in the North Lincolnshire village. The first phase will concentrate on the housing planned nearest Station Road and work began in December. ‌A biodiversity management plan not only includes plans for water vole surveying and the likes of hedgehog highways and swift bricks. The original planning permission had an S106 agreement tied to it.
