The Philippines, unfortunately, has not been able to leverage digital technologies to their full extent because of poor access to affordable and high-quality internet and long-held analog practices. It is worst scenario building that besets the whole world, the Covid-19 pandemic as a baseline (a hooker line, catchy and is a current buzzword). What it failed to initially make known, is that amid the Covid-19 pandemic, we Filipinos proved once again that "we are masters of being resourceful, and are very clever, and is a determined race; we have grit. I must salute the packets of Covid-19 interventions by small communities and unheard of local public administrators that may never get published. This is playing with the hand you are dealt with for a better normal.
