A Porsche driver facing charges after a horror Melbourne crash will fight separate allegations he put a noose around a woman's neck. Pusey was arrested and faced court last month on a series of fresh charges over alleged incidents at a Fitzroy property on December 27. 'Unfortunately for Mr Pusey there's police officers who saw him put a noose around her neck,' the magistrate said. Pusey is also accused of sending abusive and derogatory text messages and making menacing phone calls to another individual, and committing offences while on bail. Pusey did not apply for bail on Friday and is due back in court on March 9.
