President William Ruto has made fresh changes within the Foreign Service. In a communique on Wednesday, January 21, Head of Public Service Felix Koskei announced that President William Ruto has reassigned former CS Ababu Namwamba to be the High Commissioner of Kenya in Kampala, Uganda. He was appointed to the position by President William Ruto after he was dismissed from the cabinet in 2024.
