A three-member tribunal led by Justice Anwarul Haque has fixed Jun 14 to hear the matter after it was submitted on Wednesday. Though five suspects had been named in the case, detainee Ramzan Ali died on Sept 30 of last year during the investigation. Of the remaining four, Azizur Rahman, 65, Ashok Ali, 82 and Md Shahnewaz, 88, are in custody. On Jan 30, the tribunal's investigation wing told the media that they have wrapped the investigation on the four. The accused killed eight of the detainees by the Someswari River.
