Sources say that Nawaz Sharif might be shifted to Karachi for treatment. She went through several scans and tests following which a six-member medical board had diagnosed him with ITP. During the hearing, the counsel for the petitioner informed the bench that the former premier had suffered a “minor heart attack”.
