SCOTT HAMMOND/STUFF An excavated area at the quarry site at Seventeen Valley, east of Blenheim, where Marlborough District Council officers were investigating allegations of waste dumping. They said grape marc and leachate from grape marc was polluting the nearby Puka Puka Stream.
