The Karnataka police have booked governing members of an RSS school in Dakshina Kannada’s Bantwal, after a video of its students re-enacting the demolition of the Babri Masjid went viral on Monday. The News Minute reported that according to Dakshina Kannada Superintendent of Police Laxmi Prasad, RSS leader Kalladka Prabhakar Bhat and other members Narayan Somayyaji, Vasanth Madhav and Chinnappa Kotiyan have been booked. According the The News Minute report, FIR registered under Sections 295A (deliberate and malicious acts) and 298 (uttering, words with deliberate intent to wound the religious feelings of any person) of the Indian Penal Code. A viral video of the incident drew criticism from all corners for making children re-enact an incident that has had a lasting impact on the fabric of India.
