He cited the example of female unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) pilots working at RTAF Wing 3 as proof that women can perform effectively alongside male pilots. RTAF spokesperson AM Jackkrit Thammavichai said applications are open until the end of February, with candidate selection scheduled for March. The selection process includes academic and physical fitness tests based on the same standards applied to male pilots.
